What Others Are Saying About A Summer with the Moodys

I just wanted to write you a little note and tell you what a blessing A Summer with the Moodys has been to our family. We have “special time” with our 4 year old daughter every evening and we just finished the book last night.

My daughter has a tendency to emulate the characters we read about in books. What a delight to see her pretend to be Mollie! What an excellent roll model for her.

The Lord has used several materials that your parents have written to direct our family. A Summer with the Moodys is such a joy as we see some of the things we are being taught played out in a family through the book.

My husband and I just looked over our bookshelf for another book to read for special time, and we have come up empty! I was delighted to hear that you are working on another book. Thank you for following the Lord’s leading. You have been a blessing to our family. We can’t wait for our next adventure with the Moody’s! A mom

I ordered A Summer with the Moodys a short while ago and we absolutely love it! I know I can trust your books to just hand to my children to read...but I wanted to read it too! I was not disappointed. The book created wonderful discussions on character and staying right with God and others. A mom

Could you please write A Fall with the Moodys, A Winter with the Moodys, and A Spring with the Moodys?  We want to read some more about them!! 

I enjoyed how this was a story about a family and how they obeyed God.  I liked how they had their devotions.  They have Family Fun night like we do, but we call it Pizza night.  I enjoyed that chili and cheese recipe.  We tried it, and I liked it.  That surprised me because I don't care for spicey things all that much. 

When the children heard the surprise about their baby, they did exactly what we did when we heard that we were going to have a new baby.  Luke is almost a year old now.  Thanks for putting that part in. Christopher

This book is very fun.  I wanted Mom to read it every single day!  I liked it because the boys are really helpful, like us.  I liked how Maddie talked. It reminds me of our brother, Joel.  He is three years old.  Mollie is my favorite character because she is nice and kind.

The funniest part is when Dad tested out the "Bang, Clang!" equipment to scare the dog away at the beginning of the book. Nicholas
