Stay there and wait. Remember, one day in is 2 less days in the NICU! I'm praying for you and the baby.

I am thrilled you are still waiting! The Lord is good, and I know that He has your BabyMax tenderly by the hand, and that He will deliver baby in His good time. Alleluia!

With love in Christ,

Sarah, for all in the family

I thought this was an awesome scripture...I just read it tonight and wanted to share. I am sure you have heard it many times. I especially like the part about God knitting the babies together in their mothers womb!!! “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”- Ps 139:13-14

Thanks for the update -- we are waiting right along with you! And praying, of course! A friend of mine had her water break at 30 weeks and she was in the hospital until her daughter was born at 32 weeks. They encouraged her to eat, eat, eat (well, hospital food, so how much of it can you really take, right?), in order to get the baby's weight up. She said aside from being scared, she enjoyed the eating part (all the good stuff -- milk shakes, lasagne, ice cream)! That baby is now 6 and brilliant in every way.

So, Nathan, good for you going out and getting Mexican for Melanie on her special day (and well, actually, every day right now should be considered her special day -- she's going through a LOT!). Keep up the 'order-outs' -- hospital food can be so yucky!
