The guys have been working hard the last few days to prepare for the house’s final inspection. We girls and Mom have helped, too. Last night all nine of us worked together on various projects. The house passed the final inspection, except for a few things we need to take care of. Praise the Lord

Mom is always happy to help Daddy in whatever way she can. Here she is in the new living room (and Dad was painting nearby).

Anna has been a wonderful help to Jesse. Jesse has been responsible for labeling the circuit panels, which has been a big task.
Jesse truly has done a great job.
To accomplish their circuit-labeling project, Jesse and Anna used cell phones to talk back and forth between each other.
Speaker phone worked nicely.

Christopher worked quite awhile in the basement.
John has spent a lot of time over the last few days installing door handles.

I am so excited about your new home! You have all done a wonderful job and it is quite an accomplishment! I know what hard and continual work it is to build your own home since we did that when I was a young girl.

With our house, we are busy laying tiles.
We hope to have the final inspection done in July, that is our goal anyways!
