		<description>Often you can just omit sour cream, but this recipe has so much in comparison to the total &quot;liquid&quot; that I&#039;d be hesitant to do that. Sarah&#039;s suggestion of another can of soup sounds like a good compromise, especially the c/mushroom, which is more &quot;liquid-y&quot; than c/chicken. Yogurt might work, too.

We&#039;ll have to cut this in half for our family of two, though! But it sounds great and I plan to try it soon. Thanks for posting it.</description>
