I am new to finding titus2 - but it has been a great blessing to me - I read the back issues of Mom's corner when time permits. I just finished reading the Nov.08, which is part 4 of Scripture Memory and Bible Copying - I wanted to comment on the mother's email concerning remembering the scripture reference. I read once that a good way to help is to memorize the reference - verse - reference. In a way - the reference number before and after becomes - like handles on the verse(s). I find that it helps my daughter. I realize that this doesn't necessarily have to do with the Pumpkin Crisp recipe - but thought it might be helpful and was unsure of how to send it in relation to the Mom's corner. (most of us came from out of town/state on thanksgiving to be together--this was our big family holiday.) mom came upon this recipe and started making it. we all loved it!! the only thing different is mom always used fresh sugar pumpkins that dad grew in his garden. i now grow them in my garden for the same purpose--holiday baking and pumpkin freezes well so i can have some at christmas too. this is such a wonderful dessert. i am sure your readers will enjoy it as much as i always have.
