Here are various Chore Charts that were sent in by fifteen families. Some are more detailed than others, but they all help to give an idea of what types of chores various children are doing. It also gives an idea of how much chores are being accomplished.
 For additional help with chores and creating a chore system, you may be interested in our book: Managers of Their Chores.
